Wisconsin Army Guard MEDEVAC Black Hawk

Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 169th Aviation Regiment is expected to bring a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter from its MEDEVAC unit in West Bend, Wisconsin, for display during Veterans Night.

The Black Hawk is one of the U.S. Army's most recognizable and versatile helicopters. Designed for demanding missions, it supports troop transport, resupply, command-and-control, disaster response, and aeromedical evacuation.

The aircraft may be an HH-60M MEDEVAC Black Hawk or a UH-60L Black Hawk. The HH-60M is configured with specialized medical equipment that enables crews to evacuate and care for patients during day, night, and adverse-weather operations.

Visitors can get an up-close look at this impressive military helicopter and meet the Wisconsin Army National Guard personnel who operate and support it.

Aircraft appearance is subject to operational availability and mission requirements.
