We're looking for quality vendors to join us at Pistons & Props Airshow 2026. From aviation-themed merchandise and local businesses to veteran organizations and specialty food vendors, we're building a fun, family-friendly vendor experience that matches the energy of the airshow weekend.

Dates & Hours
- Friday, Aug 28: 4 pm – 8 pm
- Saturday, Aug 29: 9 am – 4 pm
- Sunday, Aug 30: 9 am – 4 pm
Setup & Teardown
Setup
- Thursday: 12 pm – 6 pm (preferred)
- Friday: 10 am – 2 pm
(all vehicles out of vendor area by 2 pm)
Teardown
- Sunday: after 4 pm
- Monday: by special arrangement only

General Vendors
Professional, curated vendor spaces for retail, artisans, nonprofits, and local businesses. This is not a flea market.
Veteran & VSO Vendors
No-cost booths for veteran and Veterans Service Organizations focused on outreach, education, and community support.
Food & Drink Vendors
Specialty and snack-focused food vendors to complement our primary food service. Coffee, smoothies, popcorn, ice cream, and more.
Specialty / Premium Ground Spaces
Larger, higher-impact displays or brands needing more room than a standard booth. Premium and large footprint spaces available.
Vendor Policies
Vendor space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account event layout and category balance. The Event Organizer reserves the right to reject any and all vendor applications at its sole discretion in order to maintain the safety, quality, and focus of the airshow.
Applications that are not accepted will have any application fees refunded.
We are curating a high-quality, family-friendly event. This is not a flea market or garage sale. Booths should present professional, clean displays and products that are appropriate for a regional airshow environment.
No political or religious applications will be accepted.
